Rob Pasquinucci, APR, is the recipient of the 2015 Werner-VonderHaar-Bogart Award. Congratulations on this outstanding and well-deserved achievement! Rob will be celebrated at the 2015 Blacksmith Awards on Thursday, November 19.

Rob has been a member of the Cincinnati Chapter of PRSA since 1998. His 20-year public relations career includes stints at three local integrated marketing firms: HSR/gyro, Northlich and Intrinzic, where he currently serves as a senior content strategist. Rob has also served in PR roles at Luxottica, the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University.

Rob has been an active member of PRSA and the community throughout his career. His Cincinnati PRSA volunteer activities started when he led the A.P.R. review course and served on the board in several positions.

In 2008, Rob served as chapter president. During his term, he helped modernize chapter programming and communications to offer new options for member engagement. The chapter reaped the rewards of his work as membership grew during his term. He continues to be engaged in the chapter today as a blogger on CincinnatiPRSA.org.  

Outside of PRSA, Rob has served as president and a board member of the Hyde Park Neighborhood Council, a volunteer advisor for Phi Delta Theta fraternity, coached little league basketball and offered pro-bono communication counsel to a variety of local organizations.

Rob holds a M.A. in communication from Northern Kentucky University and a B.A. in journalism from Ashland University. He has taught PR courses at UC, Xavier, the University of Virginia and NKU. Outside of work, he enjoys bicycling, spending time with his family and rooting for his hometown Cleveland sports teams.
